Welcome to Pacific Metric Structure. These Terms of Service govern your use of our proprietary dashboard and data management services. By utilizing our analytics platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these provisions in their entirety.
The services provided at 15 Rama V, Bangkok, are tailored for professional enterprise use. Unauthorized use of this dashboard, including automated scraping or "mirroring" of our metric delivery systems, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without prior notice.
Proprietary Architecture
The "Pacific Metric Structure" brand, along with all logos, dashboard layouts, and custom-coded analytics algorithms, are the exclusive intellectual property of the firm. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the metrics for your internal business intelligence purposes only.
Prohibited Actions:
- Reverse-engineering the dashboard's data processing logic.
- Redistributing raw analytics data to third-party competitors.
- Bypassing any security features or authentication gates.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Pacific Metric Structure shall not be held liable for temporary dashboard outages or metric delays caused by third-party upstream providers or regional infrastructure maintenance within Thailand.
